If you provided an email during purchase, you'll receive a tracking number once your order is processed.We ship all packages via USPS, and delivery usually takes 3-5 days. COVID or weather issues may cause delays, beyond our control. Please note once USPS receives your package, we're not responsible. For shipment inquiries, contact USPS directly. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates after receiving your tracking information.

- Once your order is processed, we will work diligently to prepare your wig for shipment and have it delivered to you within the specified timeframe.

2. Custom Orders:
- If you have placed a custom order for a wig with specific requirements or modifications, the estimated shipping time is 14-30 days.
- Custom orders involve additional steps such as sourcing the materials, designing, and crafting the wig to meet your unique specifications. We take the necessary time to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail in every custom order.
